Nancy has over 30 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to co-founding Lyell Wealth Management, Nancy was a Portfolio Manager, shareholder and Investment Committee member at Atherton Lane Advisers. Prior to Atherton Lane, Nancy spent 5 years at the Portola Group and 17 years as a Senior Vice President in institutional fixed income at Prudential Securities and Salomon Brothers. Her clients included prominent fixed-income institutions throughout the United States.
Nancy holds an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado–Boulder.
Nancy has been an active volunteer in the community with involvement in women’s education.
Nancy lives in Palo Alto. Her daughter, Natalie, graduated from Cal-Berkeley in 2021 with a degree in Biology and was a member of the varsity swim team.
